Master Complication I : Real Time watch system v4 for VRChat 3.0. avatars

Thanks to VRChat‘s higher limit for avatar memory, that has been increased from 128 bits to 256, we have more space to express ourselves with our avatars.

This gives me space to create more complicated watches with more functions. So I created the Master Complication I, watch that features the following complications:

- Time
- Second Timezone
- Chronograph (A Stopwatch)
- Moonphase indication for the northern hemisphere
- Date indication
- Day of the week indication

  The watch is currently NOT compatible for Quest avatars, due to VRChat not allowing parent or other constraints and OSC apps not being able to be run on Quest.
  If this changes, I will definitely make a Quest compatible timepiece.
